Joyce Ann (Dickerson) Bell, 62, of St. Louis died June 14, 2021, in St. Louis. Ms. Bell was a pet groomer She was born Jan. 21, 1959, in Puerto Rico, the daughter of the late Virginia (Krisnow) and Walter Dickerson.
She is survived by a daughter: Kayla Michele (Justin) Rumping of Desloge; two siblings: Mary (Dickerson) Vanacheck of Illinois and Patrick A. (Christy) Dickerson of St. Charles; and Mark A. (Denise) Bell of Hillsboro.
A celebration of life for family and friends will be held at a later date. Burial was in the Ottery Community Cemetery in Belleview.
