Robert N. Lawson, 90, of Shickshinny passed away on Monday, Aug. 30, 2021, at his home, surrounded by his family. Born in Linden, N.J., on Dec. 24, 1930, he was the youngest of 16 children born to Albert and Lorena (Smith) Lawson. Robert proudly served in the U.S. Navy for six years. He worked as a truck driver for WakeFern (Shop-Rite) for many years before he retired and moved to Pennsylvania in 1994. He continued to follow his favorite sports team, the New York Yankees.
