Frances married her husband of over 36 years, Frelin ''Pete'' Moses, on December 21, 1984. She enjoyed life and spending time with her family fishing, camping and riding motorcycles. She also enjoyed crocheting and playing video games.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Frederick G. Franklin and Dorothy Dollison Bailey, her two sons; Lee A Moses and Michael E Moses, mother-in-law; Emma Hazel Moses, and brother-in-laws; Dannie Moses, Joe Moses, and Allon Moses.
She is survived by her husband; Frelin ''Pete'' Moses, grandson; Jordan Moses, granddaughter; Rebecca Moses, other grandchildren; Cody, Heather, Nikki, Jodie, Diana Moses, daughter in laws, Lisa Moses, Natasha Moses, grand daughter-in-law; Kimi Vernon, great granddaughter; Sierra Moses, nephew; Lynn Moses, niece; Becky Moses, great nieces; Emily and Kristen Moses, Great Nephews; Joshua and Robert Moses, brother in law; Albert Moses, sister in law; Joann Moses and numerous great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway, on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 from 9:00AM until 10:00AM followed by funeral services at 10:00am. Burial will follow at Old Whipple Cemetery near Center Ridge, AR.
