Richard Archie Howard, 86, passed away on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at home surrounded by loved ones.
Arch was the son of Richard Oscar and Anna Laura (Carroll) Howard and was born on August 19, 1935 in Claysville, Washington County, Pennsylvania.
He was retired from Brockway Glass, Washington, PA and Osceola County Road and Bridge Dept (Kissimmee, FL).
He was proceeded in death by his wife of 50 years, Sylvia Inis (Smith) Howard, a baby daughter, and a brother, John Robert Howard.
He is survived by a brother, Ronald Dale (Diane) Howard. Surviving children Richard "Rick" Edward (Diana) Howard, Patricia Hope "Trish" (Donald) Burch, David Allen "Dave" Howard, Deborah Ann "Debbie" (Bill) Spears, and Diane Kay "Deedee" (Scott) Lawson.
10 Grandchildren: Michelle Price, Melissa "Missy" Afshar, Joshua "Josh" Burch, Zackery Scott "Zack" (Emily) Howard, Andrew Justin "Andy" (Sarah) Howard, Cody Ray Howard, Michael Richard "Mikie" Spears, John William "Billy" Spears, Jessica Lynn "Jesse" Squire and Taylor Mae "Pretty Girl" Lawson.
