Joshua Dale Brown
Raphine Resident Dies After Covid-19 Complications
Joshua Dale Brown, 26, of Raphine, Virginia, died August 27, 2021, due to complications from COVID-19.

Born November 16, 1996 in Anderson, S.C., Joshua leaves behind his mother, Patricia Andrus, and brother, James Andrus-Brown of Raphine.

Joshua, a.k.a. "Jacknife" in the gaming world, was a very happy young man that had many positive things happening in his life and was very excited to see what tomorrow would bring. Although we will miss Joshua dearly, we know he will be reunited with his grandparents in Heaven who loved him as much.

In addition to his mother and brother, surviving family members include three aunts, Jennifer Andrus of Lexington, Catherine Millien of Lexington, and Deborah Andrus of Pittsfield, Mass.; and an uncle, Roland Andrus of Pittsfield, Mass.

The family will be holding a small get-together until Josh's older brother James gets released from the hospital. He as well is struggling with complications due to COVID.

Henry Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
