Julia A. Fuller, 51, of Champaign, Illinois, formerly of Peoria, Illinois, passed away Monday, August 30, 2021, at home.
Julia was born on September 9, 1969 to Jesse and Betty Collins, who preceded her in death. She married James Fuller, on April 21, 1992 and he survives.
She is also survived by her children, Brittany Fuller of Champaign, Illinois, James Fuller Jr. of Peoria, Illinois, Ashley Havlin of Elizabethton, Tennessee and James Havlin of Lacon, Illinois. Also surviving are her three granddaughters, Kayla, Tyra and Brooklyn of Elizabethton, Tennessee; twin sister, Rebecca (Steve) Collins of East Peoria, Illinois and her sisters, Mary Collins of Tennessee and Marty Schmidt of California; brothers, Joe Bolander of Sunnyland, Hardy Collins of Peoria, Claude (Kathy) Collins of Galesburg, Edward (Tammie) Collins of Tennessee and Donald Collins of Peoria. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by one brother,Jesse Collins and three sisters, Bonnie, Thelma "Boots" and Florence.
Julia formerly worked at Union for Help at Home.
According to her wishes cremation rites will be accorded.
