He was born October 4, 1927 in Baraga, son of Carl and Selma (Krolik) Anderson. Bernard served in the U.S. Army during WWII. He worked along with his brothers at Detroit Gunite, a pool building company. Bernard really enjoyed his work, it truly was his hobby.
Surviving are his brother Lawrence Anderson of West Bloomfield, MI; many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and 8 siblings.
A graveside service will be held in the Baraga Cemetery on Wednesday, Sept. 1st at 10 a.m. with Baraga County Area Veterans conducting military rites. Jacobson Funeral Home is assisting the family.
