Cindy Sue Davis, age 54 of Osceola, passed away Monday, August 30, 2021 at Clark County Hospital in Osceola.
Cindy was born on April 15, 1967 in Centerville, Iowa, the daughter of John Ned Davis and Dixie Lea (Chapman) Davis. She graduated from Seymour High School. She furthered her education, completing secretarial courses in college.
Cindy worked in many different fields throughout her lifetime, most recently she was employed at Wal-Mart in Osceola. Cindy loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Left to cherish Cindy's memory are her daughter, Caitlin (Michael) Reed Taylor; three grandchildren, Sawyer Reed, Isabella Reed, and Ares Reed; two siblings, Billy (Laurie) Davis, and Kathy Davis; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Cindy was preceded in death by her parents John and Dixie Davis; and a sister, Jennifer Davis.
Cremation has been accorded at Lange Funeral Home in Centerville, and a Celebration of Life will be held in the near future. Memorials may be made to Caitlin Reed Taylor, to be determined at a later date, and may be mailed to Lange Funeral Home and Crematory, C/O Davis family, 1900 South 18th Street, Centerville, Iowa 52544.
