Linda Lou Blake (Reeves) was one of 13 children born to Clinton Thomas Reeves and Ruth Hope Reeves (West) in Lewellen, Nebraska on February 9, 1947. This is where she grew up and spent her childhood years. She attended Lewellen grade school, and Lewellen Rural High School. At 21 years old, she started her family of 7 children. David Eugene Glassey, Scotty Dean Glassey, Johnny Alston Glassey, Michele Lynn Stark, Jonelle Marie Stark, Jason Michael Stark and Cody Darrel Stark. Later in life, Linda was blessed with her grandchildren David Shane, Sean Riley, Brittany Jo, Aaron Thomas, Anthony Robert, Kaytlyn Leigh, and Krystyl Lynn (Born to David Glassey). Tyler Andrew and Tonie Leighann (Born to Michele Stark). Brieann Johnny and Leila Ann (Born to Jonelle Stark). Danielle Marie (Born to Jason Stark) and Ethan Joseph (Born to Cody Stark). Linda also faced many tragedies during these years.
She was preceded in death by her parents Clinton Thomas and Ruth Hope Reeves, brothers Thomas Reeves, Clinton Reeves, Gary Reeves, and Jimmy Reeves. Her sisters Jacquelyn Alexander, and infant sister Lana Reeves, as well as her children Scotty Glassey and Michlele Stark. Although Linda faced many tragedies and medical challenges throughout, she did it with a smile on her face and Love in her heart. She was loved by all those who met and knew her, and she was the strongest person we all knew. But we all know it was the unconditional Love she had for her great- grand babies Dexter Thomas, Lennix Carter, and Nova Leighann (Born to Brittany Glassey) and Ezjay Avii and Ezilas Orion (Born to Brieann Stark), that kept her going throughout those tough times. Unfortunately, she lost her battle to multiple medical conditions on January 3, 2021, when she went to be reunited with all her loved ones once again in heaven, and is now watching down on the rest of us as our guardian angel.
