Obituary
Jenny Jones, 40, entered into the presence of her Savior on Saturday August 28, 2021 at Lexington Medical Center. She was a 1999 graduate of Strom Thurmond High School in Edgefield, SC, 2004 graduate of Clemson University and a 2006 graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina. She was a skilled Physician Assistant who loved practicing medicine and loved her patients, and they loved her. She was a member of Lake Murray Baptist Church.
Jenny is survived by her husband, Eric; son, Isaac (5); mother, Susie Brown; and brother, CJ Brown (Megan). She had 10 nieces and nephews that brought her immense joy. She was preceded in death by her father, Carl Brown. Jenny was an amazing wife, loving mother, beloved daughter, sister, and friend to many. She was vibrant, joyful, loving and adored her family. Jenny always brought light into any room and her light will continue to shine through our loving memories of her.
Visitation will be Friday, September 3, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Lake Murray Baptist Church, 1001 Hwy 378 West, Lexington, SC 29072. Home going ceremony will begin at 11:30 at the church. Interment will follow after the ceremony at Lexington Memorial Cemetery, 1790 West Main Street, Lexington, SC 29072.
In lieu of flowers, consider donations to some of her favorite charities: St Jude Children's Hospital, the Immune Deficiency Foundation, or Lake Murray Baptist Church.
