Patricia Louise Foster, 88, passed away at home on the evening of August 28th. She was born on July 29, 1933, to Melvin Franklin Durham and Nondas Evelyn Stuart in Advance, Indiana. She spent her younger years working on the family farm. She married Warren Franklin Foster in the United Presbyterian Church in Clinton, Indiana on April 10, 1955.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and served in many positions in the church. She loved her Savior and showed Christlike love to all she met. She loved to hug everybody.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, brother Melvin Durham, sister Carolyn Williams, brother-in-law, Russell Miles.
She is survived by her children, Faith Maher (Timothy), Bridget Foster Anderson (Randy), and John Foster, Grandchildren: Gillian Meddles (Matthew), Nichole Espinoza (Jerry), Anthony Norman ( Amanda), Jasmine Sexton (Steve), Tiffany Corey (Jason), Jessica Foster, John Michael Foster (Sabrina), Brittnee Allee, 22 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, her sister Nancy Miles, Glenn Moore ( Pat), special cousin Patty Dyson (Harlis). She is also being missed by her fur baby Mr. Frisky.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 11th at 11:00 am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 1845 North 6th 1/2 Street, Terre Haute, Indiana. Bishop Jay Christiansen will preside.
