Sarah Jane Davis Foster, age 86, of Fairdale, Kentucky passed away Friday, August 27, 2021 in Leitchfield, Kentucky. Sarah was born December 17, 1934 in Barren County, Kentucky the daughter of the late Caswell Alec Davis and Kathern May Kinslow Davis Isenberg.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Harold Foster, Senior; and her sisters: Mary Lou Davis Miller and Bertha Mae Davis Hart.
Sarah is survived by her sister, Linda Sue Isenberg Keown, and her three sons: Robert Harold Foster, Junior; James Michael Foster; and Gregory Anthony Foster.
Sarah came to know the Lord at an early age while attending Mount Pleasant Baptist Church in Barren County, Kentucky. At the time of her passing she was a member of the First Baptist Church Fairdale.
Sarah was a full-time Walmart Associate until October 2019 and was thankful for the continuing emotional support and prayers her colleagues provided after her strokes and seizures in 2019.
A graveside service for immediate family members will take place on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at the Mount Holly Cemetery, Fairdale, Kentucky.
