Todd was born in June 2, 1964, in St. Joseph, Michigan to Harley and Virginia (Ott) Marschke. After graduating from Berrien Springs High School, he attended Western Michigan University and completed his masters in Marketing at Michigan State University. Todd worked for Ford Motor Co. and Spot Cable TV.
Todd is survived by his sisters, Connie (Gary) Caranci of Marcellas, Michigan and Jan (Charles) Albright of St. Joseph.
