Gary J. Parker, 68, of Noblesville, passed away on Thursday, August 26, 2021 after a courageous fight with cancer. He was born on September 11, 1952 to the late Gene and Joyce (Houser) Parker in New Castle, Indiana.

Gary graduated from Union High School in 1970 and earned degrees in economics from Ball State University, where he also worked in the Office of Academic Research for 12 years. However, he came from a long line of farmers, and remained a farmer at heart. He was a member of Restoration Church in Noblesville.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 43 years, Angie (Beeson) Parker; daughters and sons-in-law, Tawni (Michael) Partin, Bethany (Christian) Maciel, and Kylie (Richard) Dinoso; granddaughter, Claire (HoneyBee) Maciel; his younger brother and sister-in-law, Jeff (Brenda) Parker; and many other beloved family members.

A visitation will be from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Friday, September 3, 2021, with a memorial service at 7:00 pm at Restoration Church, 772 North 10th Street, Noblesville, Indiana.

An additional visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm on Saturday, September 4, 2021, with a funeral service at 1:00 pm at Blountsville Congregational Christian Church, 7746 E. High Street, Losantville, Indiana.

Pastor Matt Brewer and elders Justin Kauffman and Robb Mendoza will officiate.

Burial will follow the Saturday service in Nettle Creek Friends Cemetery, 16576 West Noblett Road, Hagerstown, Indiana.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Nettle Creek Friends Cemetery for maintenance of the grounds. Contributions may be mailed to Nettle Creek Friends Cemetery,
