Todd Philip Cowan, 53, Greenfield, Indiana passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday August 24, 2021. He was the beloved husband of Lorda Mae Alar. They shared 23 years of marriage together.
Born in Kokomo, Indiana, he was the son of Phil (Sandy) Cowan and Shawn Kelly. He graduated from Maconaquah High School in 1986. He was employed at Honda Manufacturing of Indiana for 10 years in body manufacturing.

He was a member of INDYLUG, an Adult Fan of Lego (AFOL), since 2016. He enjoyed creating buildings, cars, beautiful scenes with Lego kits and projects. He loved displaying his creations every year at the annual Brick World Exposition. He loved the amazed looks and reactions from the smallest of children to the adult persons. He was honored to display his replica of the Honda Plant building during their 10-year anniversary family day.

He will be remembered for his bright smile, his infectious laugh, his caring heart and his unconditional love.

He is survived by his wife, his parents, his brothers Andy Cowan, Chet (Stephanie) Cowan, his sister Melody Hope Kelly-Johnson (Tad), stepsister Kerri Butcher, stepbrothers Robert Klein, John Klein (Mike MaCarty), stepsister Tracey (Trampas) Young, and stepbrother David (Angie) Klein, and many nieces and nephews.

The viewing will be held this Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 10:00am-12:00pm, followed by a Celebration of Life with a meal gathering at 12:00pm-4:00pm at the Crown Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery located at 700 West 38th Street Indianapolis, Indiana 46208.
