Mrs. Eva Grace (Hoyt) Johnson passed in peace on Sunday August 22,2021 at the age of 84 in Livingston, LA. Eva loved to have family gatherings, give thanks for her many blessings, and encourage others through love. She was a long-time member of Faith Apostolic Church in Holden, LA. Eva was the loving mother of 7 kids, she had 10 siblings, 20 grandkids and 39 great grandkids.
She was survived by her children Steve Johnson, Robert Johnson, Gail McClin, Sybil Coates, Lynn Wilkinson, and Lisa Cogley; siblings Dorris Wilkinson and Danny Hoyt.
Eva was preceded in death by her husband, James Johnson; son, Don Johnson; grandkids, Huey Smith and Coleen Johnson; siblings, Jerry Revere, Mary Bennett, Carol Traylor, Bunk Hoyt, Bootsy Hoyt, Randy Hoyt, Penny Hoyt, and Huey Hoyt.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation and services at Faith Apostolic Church. The visitation will be from 11:00am to 2:00pm on Friday, 27 August, located at 26660 James Chapel Rd N.
The funeral service will begin at 2:00pm followed by the precession to Twin Pines Cemetery on George White Road.
