Allen J. Stamm LEBANON Allen J. Stamm, 84, of 224 Union Road, Lebanon, died Friday, November 23, 2007, at the home of his son in Myerstown. He was born April 7, 1923, in Bethel, a son of the late Claude F. and Susan Zeller Stamm. He attended the Lebanon Wesleyan Church. He was a retired foundry worker for Quaker Alloy Casting Co. and a farmer. He enjoyed farming and hunting. Surviving are children, Harry, spouse of Sara Stamm of Robesonia, Lee, spouse of Bette Stamm of Myerstown, and Colleen, spouse of Thomas Walmer of Mt. Zion; brother Lester, spouse of May Stamm of Jonestown; sisters Mildred, spouse of Elam Fry of Womelsdorf, Viola Daub of Frystown, and Anna Stamm of Stouchsburg; grandchildren Rebecca, spouse of Jason Rhode of Womelsdorf, Christopher, spouse of Elizabeth Stamm of Lickdale, Nichole, spouse of Adam Fargo of Mt. Zion, Jennifer, spouse of Dean Adams of Hamburg, Matthew Stamm of Myerstown, Bradley, spouse of Lisa Walmer of Lebanon, and Waneta Stamm of Myerstown; eight great-grandchildren; brotherin-law Harold Eisenhauer of Myerstown; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by wife Hilda J. Webbert Stamm on April 24, 2006; brothers William Stamm, Raymond Stamm, and Claude Stamm Jr.; sisters Margaret Troutman, Edna Umbenhauer, Mary Eisenhauer; and an infant sister. Viewing is scheduled for Tuesday, November 27, 2007, from 7-9 p.m. at Christman's Funeral Home Inc., 226 Cumberland Street, Lebanon. Services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the funeral home.
