She was born on August 19, 1946, in Owensboro, KY, the daughter of the late Jesse William Vowels and the late Wanda Wermling Vowels. She is survived by her husband, Forrest Keith Wright [ son of Stonewall Jackson Wright —7 Apr 1925 Pittsylvania Co VA -12 Mar 2012 Chatham Co VA and Louise Yeatts Wright 1920-2016
Victoria was a loving wife, mother and Mimi who will be greatly missed. She was one of the Jehovah's Witness . She loved going to the gym and spending time with her family.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Omitted their names ; eight grandchildren, Omitted their names ; one sister, [ omitted her name], one brother, [ omitted his name] an aunt, Beverly Wermling; and a step-mother, Linda Coleman Vowels.
