Mrs. Moody was a native of Social Circle, Georgia having made North Augusta her home for the past 67 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church of North Augusta and was a retired secretary from Aiken County Area 2 Superintendent of Schools. Mrs. Moody enjoyed china painting, cooking and working in her yard.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Baughcum and Mary Taylor Baughcum ; her husband William L. "Bill" Moody.
The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff on the Camellia Wing at NHC for their care, support and love to Mrs. Moody for the past two and a half years.
Survivors include two sons, R. Glenn (Carol) Moody and W. Gerald "Jerry" (Miriam) Moody, all of North Augusta, SC; two grandchildren, Lee (Whitney) Moody and Brandon Moody; two great-grandchildren, Landon Moody and Sydney Moody; several nieces and nephews.
