Steven was the son of Steven, Sr and Margarita (Barrientez) Garcia and
brother of Rachel, Frankie and Kristy.
He graduated with the class of 1984 from Seguin High School. Worked as police officer at the Texas Lutheran University and later with the Seguin Police Department. He was the owner of the Texas Heat Music Company (DJ Services). After retiring from the police he taught welding and automotive mechanics, at SISD for 25 years, and later reopened his automotive business.
Survived by his children, Heather, Ryan, Rebecca, Victoria, 1 grandson,
his parents and siblings and his loving partner, Laurie Cheatham and former wife, Elizabeth Moore.
Burial- September 1, 2021.
