Donna Kay Golden Malone (December 16, 1945 – July 28, 2021) went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 28th after a valiant and graceful battle against Alzheimer's.
Donna's passion in life was family, friends and teaching children at Central Church where she was a devoted member for many years.
She spent most of her career working in the steel industry where she thoroughly enjoyed working with customers in the inside sales department and was known for her kind demeanor and sense of humor.
Donna is preceded in death by her brother, William Golden (Pat), and is survived by her son, David Malone; her daughter, Melanie Malone (Eric); four grandchildren, Lexi Laseter, Khristian Hawk, Logan Hawk and Connor Malone; one great-grandson, Braelyn Alexander; two sisters, Teresa Golden Hester (Don), and Sherry Golden Gordin (Mike), plus numerous nieces and nephews who adored their Aunt Donna (the "favorite" aunt).
The immediate family will receive family and friends on Saturday, July 31 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Ave., Memphis, TN 38122.
