Graveside services for Betty Anna Epperson, 73, were held at the Alexander Cemetery.

Mrs. Epperson died Thursday, Feb. 22, in Conroe Regional Medical Center in Conroe.

She was born Sept. 28, 1933 in Marston, the daughter of William Buffalo and Lillie Bond.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Marshall; her parents and brothers, William Taft Buffalo Jr. and James Leonard Buffalo.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Thomas Martin and Teresa Epperson of Pasadena; daughters, Belinda Janelle Epperson Chambless of Dallas and Melinda Jean Epperson of Leggett; grandsons, William James Chambless, Roy Glynn Chambless, Joshua Ryan Epperson, Jacob Thomas Epperson and Glen Loper; granddaughter, Heidi Gale Epperson; great-granddaughter, Breanna Nicole Gandara; great-grandson, Brandon Lee Gandara; brothers, Cecil Allen Buffalo of Deer Park, Garland Buffalo of Broaddus, John Buffalo of Henry, Tenn., Roger Dale Buffalo of Pasadena, Jerry Glynn Buffalo of LaPorte and Gerald Lynn Buffalo of Deer Park; sisters, Kay Minskey of Manteno, Ill., Rosemarie Van Winkle of Beverly Hills, Calif. and Sally Buffalo of Deer Park and numerous nieces and nephews.
