Karen Hibbert Ball – age 63 of Strawberry Plains passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 24, 2021, while surrounded by her family. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend who loved God. She was a devoted member of Linden Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by grandparents, Joe and Edith Brewer; parents, Hal and Nellie Hibbert; and granddaughter, Kyrstin Sensabaugh.
She leaves behind her devoted husband, Thomas "Tim" Ball; children, Stephanie (Shane) Sensabaugh, Clint (Erin) Schrimpsher, Matthew Ball, Timothy Ball and Amanda Michel; brothers, Hal (Deana) Hibbert, Edward (Jeannie) Hibbert, Marty (Becky) Hibbert, Richard (Carrie) Hibbert; brother-in-law, Jerry (Melinda) Wright; sisters-in-law, Tina Parten and Becky Burnette; grandchildren, Baileigh Sensabaugh, Brody and Ryland Schrimpsher, Devon and Sabin Ball, Daniel and Savannah Michel; great grandson, Conner Ball; and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 PM Tuesday, August 31, 2021, at Bridges Funeral Home followed by the funeral service at 7:00 PM with Pastor Jerry Wright officiating. Family and friends will meet 9:45 AM on Wednesday at East TN Veteran Cemetery-John Sevier for a 10:00 AM interment.
