Born Wednesday, July 14, 1965, she was the daughter of Howard Franklin Reynolds and Mary Ann Sanders Reynolds. She was a home-maker who loved spending time with her family.
Funeral services for Mrs. Phillips will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, August 29, 2021 in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. Officiating this service will be Bro. Carl Southerland. Visitation for Mrs. Phillips will be held on Sunday from 12;30 PM until 2:00 PM at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of thirty-five years, Tim Phillips of Dyersburg, Tennessee; two sons, Tim "Timbo" Phillips (Kristin) of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Dustin "Ducky" Phillips (Amanda) of Newbern, Tennessee; four daughters, Jennifer Armstrong of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Amanda Pilkenton (Brandon) of Dyersburg, Tennessee, Tiffany Dick of Dyersburg, Tennessee and Brandi Warden of Newbern, Tennessee; her parents, Howard Franklin and Mary Ann Sanders Reynolds of Ridgely, Tennessee; one brother, Jodie Lynn Reynolds (Rhonda) of Ridgely, Tennessee; nineteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Howard Wesley Reynolds.
