Gary L. Garton, 69, of Iowa City died Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at Mercy Hospice. A Memorial Service to celebrate Garys life as a Science Educator will be held at 1 pm, Saturday, February 6, 2010 at Lensing Funeral and Cremation Service, Iowa City. A reception will follow at the Kirkwood Room. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Iowa City Hospice or Friends of the Animal Center Foundation.
