Joanne Marie Williams, age 84, of The Woodlands, Texas passed away on Friday, August 20, 2021. She was born on December 7, 1936 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, a daughter to Paul L. Troxell and Rose Plasterer Troxell. Joanne married Lee Albert Williams on September 27, 1953. Joanne and Lee had 5 children; Paul Williams, Thomas Williams, Stephanie Williams Dubbs, Mark Williams, and Jennifer Williams.
Joanne graduated from Hershey High School. She loved to read , listen to music, enjoyed her community service, spending time with her fur babies, and trips to Las Vegas.
She is survived by her children; Paul Williams, Thomas Williams, Stephanie Williams Dubbs, Mark Williams, and Jennifer Williams; her Grandchildren; Corey Williams, Jessie Pawlenko, Torrie Dubbs, Rachael Dubbs, and Katherine Ford Hughes, and her brother Bruce Troxell. She was proceeded in death by her brothers Donald Troxell and Paul Troxell Jr.
