Paul was a native of Boston, MA and a lifelong resident of Carencro. He was employed in the oilfield industry having working for various offshore companies, most recently working for Schlumberger.
Survivors include his wife of the past ten years, Lacie Sullivan of Carencro; two daughters, Megan Soileau and her husband, Benjamin, of Lafayette, and Taylor Olivier and her husband, Mark, II, of Ville Platte; three stepchildren, Connor Grouvillia, Ian Grouvillia and Elizabeth Chiasson all of Carencro; three grandchildren, Rowan Soileau, Prim Olivier and Maverick Olivier; and one sister, Nancy Sullivan.
He is preceded in death by his parents, George Washington Sullivan and the former Maria Antunes; one brother, Kevin Sullivan; and two sisters, Karen Sullivan and Pamela Miller.
The family requests visiting hour be observed from 9:00 a.m. Friday until service time on Friday.
