She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph R. Parsons of Knoxville.
Rebecca is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Maryjean and Scott Ballew of Ten Mile, Tennessee; son, Stephen Ezell of Knoxville; son, Jun Estremos of Knoxville; daughter, Crystal Parsons of Knoxville; sister, Christy Collins of Knoxville; and 9 grandchildren.
The family will have a private memorial service in her honor.
