Sally Margaret Robinson, 98, of Vian, OK passed away on Sunday, August 22, 2021. She was born on April 26, 1923 to Edgar and Leona (Petree) Derebery in Muskogee, OK. She attended Muskogee Washington grade school and graduated from Muskogee Central High School.
Sally married the love of her life, Richard K. Robinson on March 26, 1960 in Muskogee, OK. They shared 26 happy years together until his passing in 1986.
She worked as a secretary and telephone operator for S.W. Bell and Western Electric until later retiring as supervisor of the benefit department. She was an active and faithful Baptist, who loved reading in her spare time. She enjoyed hosting many memorable Thanksgiving dinners for all her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard K. Robinson; parents, Edgar and Leona Derebery; and sister, Geraldine Erwin.
She is survived by her brothers, Roy Gene Derebery of Vian, OK and Billy Ray Derebery, his wife, Lou, of Houston, Tx., 6 nieces and nephews and 11 great nieces and nephews.
