Brenda Kay Blankenship, age 60, of Lynchburg went to be with her heavenly father Monday, August 23, 2021. She was born April 28, 1961 in Winchester, Tennessee to the late George and Rendy Lendley. Besides her parents, she is also preceded in death by her brothers, Marshall and Willard Lendley.
Brenda enjoyed fishing, camping and rescuing animals. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Thursday, August 26th and from 11 a.m. -1 p.m. Friday, August 27th at Lynchburg Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Lynchburg Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Boonville Cemetery.
Brenda is survived by her husband, Wayne Blankenship; son, Donnie Allen; daughter, Cassie Pack (Steven); grandchildren, Chloe Denson, Brooklyn Pack, Izzie Allen and Izaiah Pack; brothers, Jerry Wayne Lendley, Joe Lendley, Billy Lendley, Ted Lendley and Ed Lendley; and sister, Audrey Farris.
