Jessie J. Miller, 87, of Fleetwood passed away Wednesday, August 11th, at the Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading. Jessie was born in Reading on June 4, 1934, a daughter of the late Mary (Hagenbuch) and James H. Kulp. She was the wife of the late Richard A. Miller, Sr. Jessie previously worked at Ludens, The Brass Lantern Pub and the Seafood House. Jessie, known as Nana to many, loved her family unconditionally including her 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Jessie is survived by a daughter, Christine M., wife of Doug Werner, of Exeter; three sons: Richard A. Miller, Jr., husband of Barbara, of Leesport, William M. Miller, husband of Amy, of Blandon and Harry J. Miller, husband of Patricia, of West Reading. She was predeceased by a brother and 3 sisters. The family extends our thanks to the staff at Grand View Manor for taking care of our Mother for all those years.
Memorial services will be held Monday, August 30th at 10:00 AM, from the Sanders Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc. 1501 N. 11TH Street, Reading. The family will receive friends from 9:00 - 10:00 AM. Interment at Berks County Memorial Gardens.
