Michael J. Novak, Jr., 25, of Glen Burnie passed away on August 17, 2021. Michael was born on January 5, 1996 at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore. He graduated from Archbishop Spalding High School in 2014 and had attended the University of Maryland. Michael's interest included his love of education and his passion for learning. He enjoyed helping others, loved caring for animals and did volunteer work at the University of MD Shock Trauma.

He is survived by his parents, Michael and Denise Novak; his grandmothers, Shirley Jordan and Jody Novak; his great-grandmother, Cass Campbell; his Uncle Tom Novak, Jr., Aunt Sharon Novak, Aunt Tina Schline, Uncle Dennis Peterson (Cathy), Uncle Robert Harris, Jr., and his Aunt Diane; his cousins, T.J. Novak, III, Ashley Novak, Celeste Linn, J.T. Orem and Danica Peterson. He is also survived by many great-cousins. Michael was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert Harris, Sr., Tom Novak, Sr. and William Jordan.

The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave. SW (at Crain Hwy) on Monday, Aug. 23, 2021 from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 24th at 10 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park.
