Ted Merlin Wilson, age 81 of Snellville, passed away Monday, August 23, 2021. He was born April 10, 1940 in College Park, son of the late Allan Wilson and the late Billi Wilson. He was a veteran of the United States Army and a former member of the Inman Park United Methodist Church of Atlanta. Mr. Wilson was a Certified Public Accountant having worked for Chi Phi Fraternity. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ronnie Wilson. Survivors include his wife, Rachel Howe Wilson of Snellville; daughter and son-in-law, Ashley & Bob Mann of Gwinnett County; son, Teddy Allan Wilson of Gainesville; and four grandchildren, Ethan Mann, Alexandria Mann, Keira Mann and Adam "Bear" Wilson. Private graveside and inurnment services will be held at a later date in the Rose Hill Cemetery of Rockmart. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Atlanta Humane Society, 981 Howell Mill Rd., NW, Atlanta GA 30318.
