Vincent was born Dec. 13, 1961, in Miami, FL, to H. Paul and Monda Baker. He grew up in Miami and always enjoyed being on or near the water. He was an avid fisherman. For many years he lived in Holiday, FL. Ten years ago, he moved to Myrtle Beach and made it his home. Vincent was a plumber by trade with many customers in the Myrtle Beach area, eventually opening his own business named Residential Plumbing. It's been said that Vinnie never met a stranger.
Vincent is survived by his son, Brooks Lough-Baker, brother, Milton Paul Baker, sisters, Monda Loraine Ernst, and Eda Lynn Gronli, and a Special Friend, Candy Nevils.
He is preceded in death by his father, Harry Paul Baker, mother, Monda Lou Baker nee Parker, and twin-brother, Victor David Baker.
A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, August 29 at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 2349 Watertower Road, Longs, SC 29568.
