Linda Sue Carter, 67, from Muldrow, passed away at her home on Friday, Aug 20, 2021. Linda was born on Mar 4, 1954, in Ft Smith, AR, to Abner and Josie (Kester) Watkins. She was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a proud member of the Abundant Life United Pentecostal Church in Sallisaw where she had numerous brothers and sisters of Holiness faith.

She is survived by her husband, Michael of the home; children, Sandi Carter of Muldrow, Racheal and Daryl Bailey of Roland, Michael Carter of Roland, Melissa and of Ft Smith and Carl Wright, and Autumn Carter of Roland; brothers and sisters, Larry Watkins of Muldrow, Ray and Terry Watkins of Roland, Shirl and Mike Allen of Ft Smith; sisters in law, Sandy Watkins of Roland and Judy Watkins of Muldrow; grandchildren Alyssa Hickman of Broken Bow, Jason and Brook Hickman of Spiro, Kenna Mae Bailey of Roland, Nikki and Matt Everett of Roland, Layne and Casey Bugayong of New Mexico, and Dallas Milligan of Roland; as well as a host of Great grandchildren, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Loretta Heckerman and Margie Lovell; brothers, Herman Watkins, Doyle Watkins, and Oscar Watkins.

Visitation for Linda Sue Carter will be on Tuesday evening, August 24, 2021, from 5-8pm in the Sequoyah Memorial Chapel of Forever Memories Funeral Services, 463505 Hwy 101, Sallisaw. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, at 10:00 am in the Seabolt Cemetery, Muldrow. Casket bearers will be Daryl Baily, Jason Hickman, Dallas Milligan, Chris Jackson, Jason Tuck, and Rick Lovell. Honorary bearers will be Dwight Hickman, Ricky Lovell, Rick Whitledge, DeWayne Whitledge, Dakota Jackson, Dakota Wieppert, and Trey Renfrow.
