Linda Ann Harris Campbell passed away on August 18, 2021 in Mount Pleasant, Texas. She was born on February 27, 1947 in Detroit, Texas to Albert Harris and Valrea Williams Harris.
She was a longtime member of Nevills Chapel Baptist Church in Mount Pleasant.
Linda is survived by her loving husband, Jackie Campbell of Mount Pleasant; daughter and son-in-law, LeAnn and Donald Hall of Naples; son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Lea Campbell of Mount Pleasant; grandchildren, Justin and Kelsey Reed of Scroggins, Carrie Reed and special friend Ali of Mt. Pleasant; Hunter Campbell of Mount Pleasant, Tanner and Nikki Campbell of Dekalb; great grandchildren, Sophia Grace Reed, Lincoln Paul Reed, Ensley Faith Reed, and Chestyn Wayne Campbell; special niece and nephew, Terri and Jimmy Skeen of White Oak; special camping cousins, Connie Kay and John Brooks, and Aubrey and Carolyn Mayes; sister-in-law, Tilda Campbell; nieces and nephews, Sandy Knight, Stephanie Bennett, Al Harris, Ricky French, Angie Cullins, Rebel Campbell and Michael Campbell.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Valrea Cade; step-father, Noble Cade; father, Albert Harris; sister, Cleo French; and brother, Sammy Harris; son-in-law, Willie Paul Reed.
A funeral service will be held for Linda on Sunday, August 22, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Bates-Cooper-Sloan Funeral Home in Mount Pleasant, with burial to follow at Nevills Chapel Cemetery. A visitation will be held an hour before the service, at the funeral home.
