Born in East Liverpool, July 20, 1955, he was a son of Betty D. Dock Moore of Calcutta and the late Edward J. "Abe" Moore. A lifetime area resident, he was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. A diesel mechanic by trade, he last worked at UMET in Chester. He previously worked alongside his father and son in the excavating business. He graduated from Beaver Local High School.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a daughter whom he always referred to as "My Daughter", Samantha Moore, and a son, Martin "Little Rusty" Judy, all of Calcutta, as well as five grandchildren: Mia Gallimore, Zoey Judy, Jaiden Gallimore, Izabella Judy and Dakota Moore and two nephews and three nieces. He also leaves behind his fiancée Tish Wolfe of Calcutta.
He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Edward C.J. Moore and Jack L. Moore and a nephew, Jack E. Moore.
Family and friends may visit Friday afternoon and evening at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Pastor John Ewing will conduct a funeral service Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
