Clarke is the spelling found in most documents but Clark is being used here for easier search purposes.
ALL of the material below comes from the best website on his wife, Alice Martin Clarke Bishop;
alicemartinbishop.com and is their property.
If you wish to learn more about George Clarke's wife, Alice Martin, who killed her daughter Martha Clarke (Richard Bishop step-father) on 22 Jul 1648, and was hung for it, that is pretty much the ONLY site you should go to, or at least put at the top of the list. It's well-researched and documented unlike murperpedia and more. Please give credit where credit is due if any of the following is used in your tree. This material will be edited later as time permits.
Also, please note for his wife Alice Martin. She was definitely NOT a passenger on the Mayflower (supposed child of Christopher Martin and wife). That was wishful thinking by someone and the Mayflower Society does not recognize her, even as a possibility. It is much more likely she arrived in the Colony as a bonded servant.

Gravesite Details
Grave marker no longer exists. It's possible he was buried in one of the other Plymouth Colony burial grounds but Burial Hill seems most likely.
