Joyce Alice Knight, age 80 of Clarksville, passed away Saturday, August 21, 2021 at AHC Healthcare of Clarksville.
Joyce was born July 13, 1941 in Union, West Virginia to the late Ray Carte and Pearl Bennett. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Lewis Knight Sr. and brothers: Russell (Mildred) Carte, Edwin Carte, Bennie Carte.
She is survived by her sons: Ricky L. (Rita) Knight, Johnnie R. (Joy) Knight, Jerry L. (Lacey) Knight Jr., Raymond L. (Cindy) Knight, Charles R. (Kim) Knight; sister- in law, Maxine Carte; 17 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
A Celebration of life Service will be held Tuesday, August 24, 2021 @ 10:00 AM at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home. Visitation will be Monday, August 23, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Interment will be at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.
Pallbearers will be Ricky Knight, Charles Knight, Raymond Knight, Johnnie Knight, Jerry Knight Jr., and Ricky Knight Jr.
