STEPHEN "BUD" C. STEPHENS Passed away peacefully on April 15, 2004. His wife of 47 years, Laura and his daughter, Cyndi were at his side. Born in Quanah, TX on December 6, 1933 and moved to CA at the age of 7. Bud has been a resident of Fremont since 1961. Bud loved playing golf, fishing, his garage and all his projects. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Beloved husband to Laura Lou Stephens of Fremont. Loving father to Cyndi Russell and husband, Grant E. III of Beaverton, OR and Tony Stephens and partner, Jeff Maurer of Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Dear father-in-law to Laurie A. Stephens of Fremont. Dear brother to Michael Stephens of Oakdale. Devoted grandfather of Douglas, Amanda, Bradley and Amber. Preceded in death by son, Stephen Wayne Stephens in 1998. Private services are being held.
