Rocky was born March 21, 1958 in Memphis, Texas to Patsy Mullet and Darwin Gene Bagley. Rocky was a tile setter for 60ish years and owned his own company. He enjoyed fishing, boating and riding around in his truck with his old dog.

He is preceded in death by his father; and wife, Linda Bagley.

Survivors: Mother, Patsy Mullet; brothers, Wesley and Joey; sisters, Dorothy ,Tammy, Susie; sons, Cody and wife, Tasha, Gabriel, Shawn; aunts, Paula and husband, Larry, Gloria; uncle, Charley; cousins, Tanya and Jackie; and many more grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
