Youngstown - Richard H. "Dick" Laughlin, 73, of East Liverpool, died Monday, March 20, 2000, at home following a lengthy illness. He was born in East Liverpool Jan. 22, 1927, a son of the late Willard and Robertine Laughlin. He owned and operated the Gulf station of Third Street for many years. He is survived by his wife Wilma Jane Laughlin, at home; and a son Barry Kim Laughlin. The Rev. Paul Sturm of Rainbow Fellowship Ministries will conduct services at 11 a.m. Friday at the Martin Chapel of the Martin-Altmeyer Funeral Homes. Burial will be in Mill Creek Cemetery in Hookstown. Friends may call at the funeral Homes from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. An Elks memorial service will be held at 7.
