Early in his life, he was a peace officer and then an instrument general foreman. He then moved on to spend 33 years with Flint Hills Resources as a hazmat shipper. Dan loved his family and friends, travel, and NASCAR. He will be remembered for his laughter, kindness, generosity, and love. He will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 15 years, Nadyne Sullivan; his children, Danielle Beason of Boiling Spring, SC, Dina Gray (David) of Conroe TX, Timothy Sullivan of Pineville, LA, Nicole Gonzales (Gabriel) of Corpus Christi, TX, and Tera Boone (Bill) of Arlington, TX; his brothers, David Sullivan (Peggy) of Wimberley, TX, Eddie "Cowboy" Untermeyer (Kelli) of Crystal Beach, TX; his sister, Christine Untermeyer of Aransas Pass, TX; 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his mother and step father Glyn Dean & Edgar Untermeyer, his father Guinn B. Sullivan and his brother Guinn "Butch" Sullivan.
