HIGH POINT - Mr. George Warren Frazier, 75, resident of the Piedmont Christian Home, Deep River Rd. died early Friday morning at his residence. He had been in declining health for 1 year.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m. from Cumby Eastchester Dr. by the Rev. W. A. (Barney) Pierce. Interment will follow in the Spring Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Ellen S. Harkey assisting in prayer and with military rites by the Randolph Honor Guard.

Mr. Frazier was born Feb. 6, 1924 in Randolph County, a son of George and Mamye Parker Frazier. He had been a resident of High Point most of his life and was a former employee of Dixie Machine & Tool Co. in Greensboro. He was a veteran of World War II having served in the U.S. Navy and the USS Pennsylvania. Mr. Frazier attended Spring Hill United Methodist Church. On December 20, 1947 he was married to Novella Cecil who survives of the home.

Also surviving are two daughters; Mrs. Ken (Janice) Nash of Winston-Salem and Mrs. Barry (Lisa) Hege of Thomasville; grandchildren; Beverly and George Nash, Adam and Andrew Hege; six sisters; Mrs. Edna Crotts and Mrs Ray (Dot) Kinley both of Trinity, Mrs. Harold (Clara) Lohr and Mrs. Guy (Pauline) Brewer both of Archdale; Mrs. Bea Brown of High Point and Mrs. Eva Jackson of Portland, Oregon.

Mr. Frazier was preceded in death by three brothers; Donald, Paul, and Clifford Frazier; two sisters; Mrs. Retta Ward and Mrs. Eschol Campbell.

The family will receive friends Friday evening from 7 until 8:30pm at the funeral home and other times at the home of the daughter; Mrs. Janice Nash, 539 Shady Grove Church Rd. Winston-Salem.

Pallbearers will be Van Hurley, Darrell and Kenneth Brewer, Wade Frazier, Terry and Jimmy Kindley and Wayne Brown.

Mrs. Frazier and family would like to acknowledge Mrs. Edna Crotts and Mrs. Vermell Hurley for their special support during the illness of Mr. Frazier.
