Johnny William Hall, 66, of Jefferson City, Mo. passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 18, 2021.

He was born on February 5, 1955 in Jefferson City to William Roscoe and Deloris Mae (Stewart) Hall. On May 2, 1992 he was united in marriage to Danita Lyn Ott.

Johnny was a 1973 graduate of Jefferson City High School. He began his career as General Manager with Tri-Star Communications and later as Parts Manager with Doolittle Trailers. Following his retirement, Johnny worked as a grounds keeper with Railwood Golf Club.

Johnny lived life to the fullest and never missed out on a good time. He was the type of guy that became your instant friend upon meeting him. His confident nature made his personality magnetic. He was the life of the party wherever he went-work, golfing, karaoke; there was never a dull moment when he was around. A sun lover, Johnny was often found outdoors, either on the water swimming and boating or firing up the grill with his amazing barbeque. He and his wife, Danita, loved to travel and explore the world, having put their feet in the sand in both Jamaica and Mexico and recently sang on stage in Nashville.

Johnny was a dedicated husband, a faithful friend and a giving stranger. However, his pride and joy were his kids and grandkids, and he cherished the many adventures they had together, no matter how big or small.

Survivors include: his wife, Danita Hall of Jefferson City; children, Stacy Epema (John) of Pleasant Hill, Mo. and Pamela Enriquez (Jeremy) of Jefferson City, Mo.; siblings, Sandy Hanauer (Mike) of Holts Summit, Mo., Kelley Christian of Jefferson City, Mo. and Amy Tillinghast (Sean) of Columbus, Ohio; and five grandchildren, Lucie Epema, Ethan Epema, Mollie Epema, Trenton Enriquez and Ben Enriquez.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his beloved son, Cameron Hall.

A celebration of life will be held in the Diane Peck Memorial Sanctuary of Riverview Cemetery at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, August 24, 2021. Inurnment will follow at Riverview Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Cerebral Palsy Foundation 3 Columbus Circle, 15th Floor, New York, NY 10019.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Freeman Mortuary.
