Fair Haven- Bruce P. Clark, Jr., 86, of Fair Haven, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2021 at the Commons at St. Anthony Nursing Home in Auburn. He was born in Newark on Dec. 30, 1934, the son of the late Bruce Clark, Sr. and Mary Covell Clark. After graduating from high school Bruce enlisted in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged on Feb. 9, 1956. He became an active member of the Veteran's of Foreign Wars and a lifelong member of the American Legion. Bruce retired from the AT&T telephone company having served the company for 37 years in the test room. Bruce is predeceased by his 1st wife, Luella Green Cooper Clark; and step son Gary Cooper. He is survived by his son Michael Clark of Irondequoit; brother, David (Linda) Clark; sister, Mary (Richard) Adriaansen; step children, Cheryl Cooper Acome, Barry (Betty) Cooper, Betty (Paul) Barrus, Peggy (William) Smith, and Janet Cooper, wife of the deceased Gary Cooper; and leaves behind many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and beloved friends. Graveside service at Springbrook Cemetery, Sterling.
