Private services will be held for Whitney Campbell, 68, and Oak Park trustee from 1953 to 1961. Mr. Campbell, of 539 N. Oak Park Av., Oak Park, died Sunday in West Suburban Hospital, Oak Park. He was an attorney with the firm of Taylor, Miller, Busch, and Magner, at 120 S. La Salle St. Mr. Campbell was also a co-draftsman of the Illinois [1933] Act and the Model Business Corporation Act, two bills of landmark legislation in corporate law. He was also secretary of the Chicago Bar Association. Mr. Campbell is survived by his widow, Cornelia; two daughters, Mrs. Cornelia Moynihan and Mrs. Mary Kemp; a son, Thomas; five grandchildren, and a sister.
