Ronald L. Hollis, of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri, born on September 19, 1936, went to heaven on August 17, 2021. He was a graduate of Beaumont High School and served in the United States Navy. Ron was a self-employed financial estate planner who served clients throughout Missouri and Illinois. He was married to Carol A. Hollis for 47 years.

Ron was a dedicated member of his church and served the community at large through membership in numerous organizations including the Rotary Club, Habitat for Humanity of St. Charles and Ministry to Men. Ron loved to do bible study and to disciple other men one-on-one.

Ron was preceded in death by his parents, George and Marguerite, and his sister, Judy Miller (Ray). He is survived by his wife, Carol, and children, Sue Ebert (Dan), Steve (Vikki), Ron (Kim), Keith, Laura Tischner (Greg), and Brian (Amy). Ron had many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church of Wentzville on August 21, 2021, at 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Ron be made to Friends in Transition (Friends in Transition, c/o Dan Foust 3505 Sutton Dr. St. Charles, MO 63301) or Habitat for Humanity of St. Charles.

Ron was a loving husband, father, and grandparent who deeply loved the Lord. He will be greatly missed but we all celebrate his life knowing he is now home.
