Wanda Sue (Beal) Davis age 84 passed over August 12, 2021 in Shawnee, OK. She was born July 8, 1937 in Chockie, OK to Jones Peeler and Lille Christine (Long) Beal.

She is survived by 2 children. Son Randy Thompson and his wife Janet of Sanger, TX. Daughter Dee Ann (Goodson) Banker and her husband Jeff of Shawnee, OK. Virginia Winters and husband Johnny of Stringtown, OK, Nancy Williams of Stringtown, OK, and Yvonne Foley of Piedmont, OK.

She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter Lona Christine Thompson, brothers in law, Clyde Williams and Charles Foley.

She traveled to most of the continental United States, Hawaii, Canada, and Mexico. She worked many jobs and was successful at all of them but money or title was not important to her. The one she enjoyed most was gold mining. She loved to tell people she was a gold miner.

She lived life by her own rules and everyone always knew where they stood with her. She liked you or she didn't. She was a good looking woman and could "do anything she set her mind to". She enjoyed being the life of the party, a stiff drink, a cigarette, dancing to country and western music, chocolate, and having people around her. People loved her and they will never forget her quick wit, sharp tongue, long red fingernails, and how much she made them laugh. You knew she loved you. She didn't have to tell you.
