Joyce Bobbitt Hall, 53, passed away on August 16, 2021 at Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord, NC, due to respiratory failure and complications of COVID-19 pneumonia. She was born on April 28, 1968 in Alleghany County, NC to Andrew Jackson Bobbitt and Wilma Ruth Evans.
She attended West Rowan High School and worked many years in the food service and retail industry. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and her beloved dog, Bootsie.
In addition to her father, she is proceeded in death by her sister, Teresa. She is survived by her children Casie (Chris) and Matthew (Melanie), and their father, Dwight "Butch", of Salisbury, NC. She is also survived by her mother, Wilma, and mother-in-law Ruth "Tincy". Also left to cherish her memory are siblings Allen, Debbie (Rex), Carol (Danny), Sheila (Gary), and Jackie (Chris), along with many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 21st at 11:00am. Pastor Brian Mc Masters will assist with this celebration at The River Church of God in Salisbury, NC.
